7. Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Murchison Spice Co., we take great care in sourcing and packaging our premium spices, olive oils, and other food products. Due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety for all our customers.

Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used food products (including spices, seasonings, olive oils, and other perishable items).
• Custom or personalized products (including gift sets and specialty blends).
• Gift cards and downloadable products.

Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. We accept returns only for the following reasons:

• The product arrived damaged or defective.
• The wrong item was sent to you.
• Your order was missing items or incomplete upon arrival.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at howdy@murchisonspiceco.com and ship the item to 1710 S. Cherry St., Tomball, TX 77375.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail it to: 1710 S. Cherry St., Tomball, TX 77375

• Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item, damaged product).
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
